Following what is believed to be a violation of his parole, Kodak Black was taken into custody in a federal prison in Miami.

The rapper is currently being held in a federal jail in the state of Florida. It is not known when he was brought into prison; nevertheless, he is currently being held in custody, and no release date has been announced.

While there is no concrete information regarding the reason for Black’s arrest, a news outlet reported that it was purportedly related to the fact that he had violated the terms of his parole. Last night, a record of an inmate under the name Bill Kapri, which is Kodak Black’s real name, was discovered.

In addition to other allegations, the 26-year-old man was taken into custody on December 7 for possession of cocaine. It was stated that Kodak Black was ingesting a mouthful of cocaine while he was being stopped for traffic violations. He was discovered sleeping behind the wheel, and it was alleged that he smelled like he was smoking marijuana. Since then, Black has asserted that the white substance was Percocet, despite the fact that the testing conducted in the field revealed a positive result for cocaine.

Richard Ryles, a politician from Florida, recently referred to Black as “out of control” due to his past of sexual assault, violence, assault in the first degree, and making false representations on a federal form.

On the final day of his presidency in 2021, Donald Trump pardoned Black.
